I'm off to Berwick V Queens Park tomorrow ;). Spent the day in Berwick today, then off to Edinburgh tomorrow night before going to Hearts V Hibs on Sunday.

As a 22 year old Football Manager / Beer obsessed male it's not really my cup of tea as im sure you can understand ;), but for anyone who has been to or knows Berwick I walked 'The Walls' today and found that quite interesting.

Its a place that doesn't know what country its in I've worked that out already, accent is either Geordie or Scottish, nothing in between, BBC Scotland on TV, and a massive advert for the new England shirt just up the road.

Did you have any trouble with German aggression as Berwick never officially declared peace with Germany after WW2? Talking about war Hearts v Hibs sounds just a bit tasty. :o

Berwick V Queens Park was utterly awful. I went to an East Stirling game last season that was considerably better. I cannot begin to explain how bad it was. £10 to get in and there were players on both sides (primarily Berwick) with a frankly scary inability to play football.

Berwick hadn't won at home since November, and they announced at half time to rapturous cheers that their management team had signed new deals. I can only assume the natives are mental.

On the plus side it was bloody boiling, and the grub was great. The score was 4-1 to Queens but it hardly seems worth mentioning. I'm in Edinburgh now.
