The unofficial AFC Rushden & Diamonds messageboard

I know it's not related to AFC but I just wondered if anyone is planning on going to the FA trophy final? Me and a few others are considering going, does anyone know if it's possible to buy tickets without going through York or Newport? I have had a look on the FA website but I can't find any information regarding it.

We spoke about this at the marketing meeting tonight, we are going to see if we can arrange a block number of seats via Newport and possibly do a coach, if you are interested perhaps you can say so on here.

Coach, depends on the price as it's cheap as chips, especially for the kids, to travel from Bedford on the train - last time we went it was the princely sum of £2 return including the tube for each of them!

Tickets are due to be released any day now, so we will be speaking to Newport very soon. Watch this space!

I'm not sure where I'll be yet though - ie Huddersfield or Higham so couldn't commit to coach.

I would say I'd come along, but there is at least one curtain aired one that I would be sorely tempted to hurt - so I'll stay away ;)
