Richard Butcher Memorial Cup Match

Post by bedforddiamond »

Not that I would ever encourage any Diamonds fan to venture to Sickfields normally, but a match with an extremely good cause, along with a number of ex-diamonds stars playing, including Lord Darby!

Will definately try to get over there for this, a great cause and a chance to get Lord Darby photographed in an AFC shirt - too good to miss ;)

One thing i must say about the Cobblers is that at the end of last season when we were trying to raise money they were the only local club that would help us .They let the wife and i collect at the Non League international, and sent us shirts and tickets for raflles. Shame i c,ant say the same for the Posh, Saints, County Cricket, MK Dons or Rockinham Speedway. I have a long memory?
