Not sure if we qualify and we are in the east midlands have we or Wellingborough looked at this just in case its slipped our attention.

It's not quite what it makes out to be on closer inspection. It's basically a (wooden?) shell and all fixtures, fittings and services have to be paid for by the winning club through them. Perhaps worth a try once we have our own land, but maybe Wellingborough Town might benefit more from it?
