As this could potentially be our first ever game, i guess we'd better get promoting!

What's the likelihood that it'll be on?

The lad from Wellingborough TV posted a picture on Twitter yesterday afternoon of the flooded pitch at the D & D. I'm surprised that anyone thought it was going to be fit today even without the overnight rain.
The water table must be about 6 inches below the surface.

Hopefully the pitch will dry out before Tuesday, will be so annoyed if we have another downpour between today and the game on Tuesday.

The flippin' weather practically ruined my whole day yesterday, as I was looking forward so much to Saturday football at last. :(

Give me light rain over the rain we had friday night/saturday morning anyday!!

The weather has been decent the last 24 hours or so if not spectacular. I'd like to think we'd be OK on Tuesday. We'd have been alright on Saturday if it wasn't for the freak weather.

I'm gutted, I so wanted to able to attend the first ever senior game. I'd had Saturday penciled in my diary for ages. Unfortunately I can't make Tuesday, so I'm going to miss that little bit if history and the wait to see us play goes on.

Looking at the weather, I can't see this game going ahead either... :(
