Dale's Bar Update
More work was done on the inside ahead of launch in the near future (date to be confirmed). The inside is being kept as a surprise for now, and pictures will be available at launch. It's looking great though!
On the outside, the signage arrived (fan designed), and put up, some mastic applied, plus some alterations to the door grille to make it open wider.
In addition more work done on the club shop, carpet tiling complete, locks updated etc..
On the pitch the water levels dropped, and the pitch is mostly clear now, with some water still around the sides at the far end, which should drain overnight based on past experience from the groundstaff.
A quick view around the ground.
Far end, Wellingborough Lake clearing up.
Far end other side, water off the main pitch now.
Terrace end, first of the new signage put up over weekend.
Advertising boards on the side, put up today
Main stand look left.
Main stand look right.

I like the fact that the "first of the new signage" was for a prominent Irthlingborough company based very close to the ground of a certain other club.

Clearly the Ploppies 'appeal' to their local community is not working.

Thanks for noticing! We wanted to make sure we were the first signage to go up to support the new club. We were always proud to be involved with the old club (sponsor-wise/commercially and even player-wise, going back a long time now!) and wanted to carry on this link when AFC were formed.
The boards look a bit different now, in front of the PDB terrace and with more sponsors surrounding it!

Well after years of seeing a Central Garage board in front of the Airwair stand at Nene Park it would be odd not seeing it behind one of the goals at the Dog 'n' Duck for the next chapter!
