What's the capacity of the stand? I was looking at the little plan on the shop and was wondering if there was more than one block (If not, why is it called Block C, surely it should be Block A ;) )?

I think its about 280 or thereabouts

Also looking at that plan there are only 16 seats available, have the rest been sold ?

As I've counted and labelled them all I can tell you there's currently 166 seats in the stand, there is also currently some standing space at the back where seats have previously been taken out.

Although it may surprise you that any logic was employed, the current block being used for reserved seating is indeed the third block of seats.
