25th April 2011 was the last time I saw my beloved Diamonds in action on a Saturday - today hasn't come quick enough for me !!

Just waiting for Bobos to pick me up and the sun has just come out here in Bedford - I can't wait !!!

.......incidentally, just over 1,000 home fans at that match, I wonder how many of them can be tempted along to the Dog and Duck this year?? THAT remains the big question !!

We used to have a broadbent in goal for the youth team under Starms, could be him coming back

I thought I recognised the name, had a quick check of early match reports from last season but couldn't find him straight away.

1-0 down already, shot from 20 yards out into top left corner (via twitter)

2-0 down, former Diamond Lewis Hilliard ;)

Now 3-2 after being 3-0 down. Brady got the first via a pretty big deflection, and Ellwood got the second with a cracking overhead kick from an Okechukwu cross.
