Shame we couldn't get a pre-season game against them, but guess they would have been reluctant.

When I win the Euro millions I'll buy some of the land off Spencer Park for a stadium!!! :)

I'm afraid you would never get the Council to sell off part of land from a public park. There would be absolutely no chance because of public opposition. We need to get a brown-field site with reasonable transport links.

I was just looking on Google Maps, and there is quite alot of green/spare area in Rushden.
