Oadby Town......

......... took a right old battering last night in the Leicestershire and Rutland Westerby County Cup competition. They lost 5-0 at home against Barrow Town in a first round match that was orginally scheduled to be played at Barrow. Reading the match preview on their site I formed the impression that it was a competition that they took seriously against a close rival. Barrow are a step 6 club heading the East Midlands Counties League, 7 points clear of Basford United.
That result won't do much for their confidence. ;)
