This is exactly why Bridge has made himself unavailable for the world cup IMO. The press focussed on this game for all the wrong reasons.

Man up Mr. Bridge. Whats the point in lining everybody up to shake hands (as a mark of respect to the opposition and the game) if people are going to be petty and refuse to? Leave your personal grudges off the pitch and grow up.

bridge needs to grow a pair and get on with his life. he is the one thats now dragging this story along.

and the "handshake" was just a publicity stunt

Theres a difference between having a joke and being serious, hes not literally going to walk up and kick him in the face is he? Be realistic.
