Brilliant way you diffused a situation that could have got a bit nasty. The guy is older than me and should know better so well done for nipping it in the bud.

The last thing I wanted was for there to be any trouble, even if it was all started by one idiot from Ashington. It would have reflected badly on us regardless of the facts, and I'm sure there are plenty of people who would have loved that!
