True but if I'm not mistaken that will be our first away game midweek all season at the end of February! Which does suggest that maybe the UCL have up to now tried to make sure all or as many clubs can profit from our visit as much as possible, which would certainly make sense, shame Sileby won't make as much as a profit, though being such an important game at the top of the table, I imagine a good amount of our fans will travel anyway, so it could still be 300+, which is very good for any club at this level.Sara Pascoe wrote:Sileby must be pissed off, they'll probably lose 200 on the gate because that game's midweek.
Great point. Plus I wouldn't bet 100% on some of those game being on ;) If recent years are to go by February can be the worse month for snow and iceOlly wrote:True but if I'm not mistaken that will be our first away game midweek all season at the end of February! There are a couple of game mid month that have no kick-off time. Just wondered why that is?Formic wrote:There is also detail on the Whitworths home game on the OWS.
Chenecks and Burton Park don't currently have floodlights so their home games often kick off earlier during the winter months. We are awaiting definite confirmation from the UCL, but it looks like both will kick off at the slightly earlier time of 2:30pm. We will of course confirm this once we know for certain.Rushdenjim wrote:There are a couple of game mid month that have no kick-off time. Went to watch BPW a couple of weeks before xmas and they kicked off at 1.30pm, but it was a cup game that did go to extra timedavealbon wrote:Chenecks and Burton Park don't currently have floodlights so their home games often kick off earlier during the winter months.
