An hour or so ago i was sadly informed of the sad death of Ken yesterday. To those of you that knew Ken you know that he had suupported the old Rushden and Diamonds club and has been a great supporter of AFC. He has for many years run his quiz nights that have raised a great deal of money for both clubs as well as supporting the clubs in other ways , for much of last season he was was your voice behind the microphone He will sadly missed by all that knew him and our thoughts are with his partner and family

Always a really great guy and did a lot for both old and new clubs.

So so sad to hear this news. Ken was a great character in the Press Box at Nene Park and down the pitch side at the Kiln Park and then the Dog and Duck.

We will miss you Ken.

So sad to hear of Ken's passing. He was a terrific bloke, who did so much for both R&DFC and AFC R&D. I got to know Ken through his quizzes, which helped raise a lot of money for both clubs, and also for charity. They were always really enjoyable evenings, full of plenty of laughs, and Ken was an excellent quizmaster! My thoughts go out to his family at this difficult time.

Such awful news I only really knew Ken from last season and
he was a massive supporter and a great help with everything he did for the club.
My thoughts are with his family

What sad news. Ken always brought a cheerful mood to the R&DFC pressbox, and was always ready to help out the visiting press. I know he continued to support AFC R&D with similar enthusiasm.
