I don't understand how that is possible unless they are spending a fair bit bringing the ground up to the correct grading for the southern league Or unless they are dropping into the ucl!

On their forum a couple are saying the UCL is likely. I doubt the FA would bend the March deadline to allow them to stay in the Southern League.

Funny thing about rules, they are often repeated in some abbreviated form and sometimes mis-interpreted.
It might be an interesting exercise to try and find the exact clauses in the FA's ground grading regs (which are searchable on the internet) that specify the 31st March deadline and to what exactly the deadline applies.
It might also be interesting to think about the procedure/set of actions which would precipitate K*ttering ending up in the UCL starting from their current position.

Two clubs playing at Latimer Park?

What a headache for the UCL fixtures secretary bearing in mind the ground doesn't have floodlights (and isn't permitted floodlights) so mid week fixtures are out.

I thought all UCL Prem clubs had to have floodlights. That is why a couple of years ago Whitworths were not promoted to the Premier division through lack of floodlights.due to lack of floodlights

I also understood that all new clubs to UCL Division I also need floodlights.

News to me about not being permitted floodlights, they've been actively raising money for them this season.

My understanding going back a few years when KTFC were discussing a move from Rockingham Road was there were problems concerning upgrading Latimer Park due to it's proximity to residential housing. Maybe that's now changed and I'm mistaken.
Out of interest that's the reason why Eynesbury Rovers planted those high conifers and allowed them to grow high because the local residents were complaining about the bright lights. However, now they've been pressurising the club to trim them. Seems you can't win.
