I see Darlo are playing in a top-of-the-table clash at Spennymoor in the Northern League tonight and it has sold out - 2,500!!

Should be interesting to see what happens, there's 15 points between the 2, yet Spennymoor have 7 games in hand a better points to games record than Darlo

Though I imagine whatever happens, Darlo will be promoted, no doubt Spennymoor are one of the many clubs in that league who don't want to go up! And I noticed Whitley Bay of the same league got to play Metalist Kharkiv in a friendly the other night as a warm up for their game against Newcastle, got their highest attendance of the season as well!

Spennymoor have applied for promotion, but it is only one up from that league! If Spenny continue as they have in the league, can see them pip Darlo for promotion, which is why this game is so important for them.

Oh right, didn't realise that, tonight's game is massive then, even if Darlo do win, Spennymoor can technically still overtake them with the games in hand, though it'll probably be down to whether they can cope with the number of games they're going to have, there's less than 3 months left of the season and they've still got 23 to play

Looks like Darlo are putting themselves in the driving seat at the top, they're leading 3-1
