This is the re-arranged Cup Semi Final - now scheduled to take place at the Dog and Duck on Sunday (in place of the originally scheduled final League Match).

The Ladies are in action this weekend at home to Roade Ladies in the NWFL Plate Cup Semi-Final

Kick-off is 1.30 pm to allow for the possibility of extra-time and penalties.
Entry is FREE.

The Ladies opponents, Roade, are third in Division One of the Northamptonshire Women's Football League having won 6 and lost 4 of their ten games.

They have played four matches in 2013, winning one and losing three.
Leading goalscorers are Laura Messenger with nine goals in twelve games (including cup matches) and Katy Saunders with 8 in 11.

AFC Rushden & Diamonds are top of Division Two, they have won 8, drawn two and lost just one of their 11 league games.

They are unbeaten in 2013, having won four league games and the Player qf after extra time and penalties.

AFC R&D Ladies provide the two top goalscorers in the division in Cat Sealey, who has scored 22 in 13 and Kelly Rust with 15 in 12.

It should be a cracking game.

Don't forget this one, with the first team not in action at the weekend it's a good opportunity to watch some Diamond football.

Lindsay from Just a Ball Game? is also hoping to attend so it would be good if there was a decent crowd there to cheer the Ladies on and to impress their sponsor for next season.

Admission is free!
