One of the killers of two-year-old James Bulger is back in prison after breaching the terms of his release, the Ministry of Justice has said.
Jon Venables, now 27, and his friend, Robert Thompson, murdered James in Bootle, Merseyside, in 1993. Both killers were aged just 10 at the time.

I totally agree. I thought these two had been shipped abroad years ago.
This sounds like another................
"OOPS Gordon, do you remember we told the World that we have seen the last of these two, Well, sorry, like the TERMINATOR - They're Back!"
"Oh Bugger, put some spin on it quick, theres an election coming up"
PISS UPS & BREWERIES spring to mind!

They were released quite a few years ago actually.
A life sentence of course means that if you commit an imprisonable offence after release you can be shoved back in jail to serve the rest of your time.
In this case they were ten, people can change while they grow up therefore why send them to prison for the rest of their lives when they may in reality have grown to be functioning members of society.
Problem then is that there's a good chance prison just teaches them more criminal ways and when they return they have no idea how to live in normal society.

Yeah they were released 9 or 10 years ago I think
The terms of their bail was according to Wiki
"Thompson and Venables are not allowed to contact each other or Bulger's family. They are also not allowed to go to Merseyside. Breach of those rules would make them liable to be sent to prison."
I presume it was something a bit more serious, the Bugler family didnt' know that he had been sent back until someone told them according to reports, and if they had contacted eachother, BOTH would have been sent back. So its either going into Merseyside or something more serious.
Its discusting that these SCUM were let out in the first place. People know the difference between right and wrong alot earlier than the age of 10. They should have never have been given new identities, and left to have given what the murderous shits had coming to them.

These 2 should never have been released in the first place IMO, this whole situation could have been avoided had they actually served a sentence that fitted the crime.
