I thought it was the other way round may be wrong though.Trek wrote:I think Oadby struggled to fill the bench when they played at Bugbrooke in mid week a few weeks back.

One of our fellow Diamonds fans went that evening and sent me a message pre-match after overhearing an Oadby official bemoaning the fact that they were under strength due to players having work commitments. However they fielded a reasonable team and were too good for the Badgers.Mat.H wrote: I thought it was the other way round may be wrong though.

OK but I thought there was one team that they played that didn't have any subs, like I said maybe wrong.Trek wrote:One of our fellow Diamonds fans went that evening and sent me a message pre-match after overhearing an Oadby official bemoaning the fact that they were under strength due to players having work commitments. That was also Bugbrooke but last week's match at Oadby when Bugbrooke had no subs at all. The fixture I was talking about was the match played at Bugbrooke in the midweek following our visit on the previous Saturday about a month or so ago. Oadby seem to have a problem when they play away mid week so will be interesting to see the strength of their team at Harrowby tonight.Mat.H wrote: OK but I thought there was one team that they played that didn't have any subs, like I said maybe wrong.

Could be even worse for Oadby on wednesday with the 6.30 ko as well

I would like to see Harrowby win this one, and go into a confident spell, so when they play Eynesbury on Saturday, they will have the opinion that they can win against the top teams.BartonRaz wrote:Oadby are in action tonight away at Harrowby.
Come on Harrowby. :P

Feel a bit sorry for Harrowby, i would think that the UCL Div 1 must be at its strongest for many years . In a "normal " season they could very well be getting their own promotion

BTW which league are Oadby applying for next season? Obviously now they've realised this one isn't easy either they'll have to change again. ;)

Their reserves may have something to say about that as they've won their league!Bob's Bitch wrote:BTW which league are Oadby applying for next season? Obviously now they've realised this one isn't easy either they'll have to change again. ;)
