Dead easy this:

Extend PDB by 2 sections
Build a Roberts Stand the same at the far end
Covered standing alongside the pitch
Toilets next to Dales Bar
Additional food outlet in the old Doughboys shop
Improvements to concreting and full seasting in the main stand

About £50k's worth there ................... of course we'd need volunteers to do the work !!!!
RIP Dale Roberts - gone, but never forgotten !!

That's all very well but it's like being in rented residential accommodation. You might as well make it as comfortable as possible while you'll there. I think we'll be playing at the Dog n'Duck longer than many will think. We've yet to identify a suitable site.
It's all about striking a balance between saving as much money as possible for a site and stadium of our own one day, and getting the D&D to a level that a) will allow us to progress as far up the leagues as is possible during our stay there, and b) allow us to maximise our income potential, in terms of attracting supporters to our games, and providing suitable facilities to encourage everyone to come back week in week out.

Of course, with purchases like the Peter De Banke terrace, we are ticking both boxes, as it will be taken with us when we depart the D&D.

I don't even know where the toilets are at D&D.
Its that big field just over the fence behind the Peter Ebdon stand.
