Confirmation that we have entered all 3 competitions for next season:

Can't think of any reason why we wouldn't be accepted to all of them. Exciting times

Am I right in thinking the FA Cup extra preliminary will be our first game of the season?
I'd love a little FA Cup run, maybe to 2nd qual round or something like that. Get a BSN/BSS side.

Sounds so easy ;)
Very excited for Cup though, and the Youth Cup!

It was the first game for UCL sides this year, I wached Wellingborough beat March Town United the week before we kicked off against Thrapston. Some other leagues started the week before the extra prelim.

But this was abnormal, I think, because of the earlier Final caused by having the Champions League at Wembley?

Yep, it was the 11th August this season, so presumably 10th August 2013 will be our first ever FA Cup game! Would love an FA Cup (and Vase) run as well, though my only worry is fixture congestion, especially if we're in the Prem with more games. Guernsey's promotion hopes this season have almost certainly been defeated by their Vase run and the inevitable months of postponement, wouldn't want that to be the case with us. Though I'd certainly be happy with a little run in the cup and it would be nice to play a team above step 5 as well, maybe K*ttering (who enter in the preliminary round, if they exist by then that is)
Wondering what the situation with Darlo will be, I notice they've entered the Vase, but they're unlikely to be at the Vase level next season and don't you need to have played in the Vase before you can enter the trophy or the cup? Also a few clubs like Sileby and Harrowby from the UCL seem to be entering the vase for the first time as well.

If Darlo are promoted they will automatically be switched to the Trophy. The season after they will be eligible for the Cup either way.

God no! Too full of their own self-importance, and a bunch of hoolies too.

If we don't win the FA Cup, I'll be disappointed.
