AFC Rushden & Diamonds is one of the three choices for tokens this month at Waitrose.

“Each month every Waitrose branch donates £1,000 between three local good causes that you choose. At the checkout, you’ll receive a token. Just place it in a box of the good cause you’d most like to support. The more tokens a cause gets, the bigger the donation they receive.”

Having saved up my tokens for the past 12 months, I can finally get rid of the them!

Good stuff, are they same as ASDA cos I've got loads of there ones?

We have had some very productive talks with Waitrose and will be launching another initiative to increase the footballing opportunities in the area soon.

Have to go down the ol' mans pockets, they give him the tokens and he brings them home coz they don't tell him what they're for. Bless. SS

Wishful thinking with all this talk of peaking again! Must have had a new shipment of little blue pills arrive!
