First stadium to be listed as a "community asset"

I would imagine that this would really piss off any land owner that happens to own a stadium, just imagine if the local community happened to lodge an application under the government's Localism Act for a location near to us.

or if English Heritage were to list said building as a building of outstanding architectural merit.
