No worries with the extra pound, it's still very sensibly priced for the quality of football on offer.

Just think a few years ago, when the rot was setting in at the old club. We'd have given our right arms to pay £6 to see an exciting, up and coming team that's creating a buzz wherever it goes.

Agree with the previous point as a reminder to the club, people will pay with £10s and £20s more often than not, so make sure a healthy supply of £1 and £2 coins is available as a float. But I'm sure they're sensible enough to do that anyway.

Great news the kids prices are unaffected too.

I'm getting really excited about next season, just waiting to see the team fall into place now, yesterday's signing was a huge statement of intent that we're not there to sit in mid table and make up the numbers.

Making our football accessible for our younger supporters is a no-brainer. Let's hope the UCL recognise this and gives me the same number of Saturday games as everyone else.

If anyone has children who aren't a member then join them up, or get them to come along to one of our Community Teams where it's part of their Membership.

I'm very pleased with the outcome personally. I can understand why people voted for £5 given the economic climate (although i'm surprised so many did), but it would have hindered our progress IMO.

As I wrote on the members forum a good case could be made for either £5 or £6 pounds. I'm glad £7 didn't get in as I think that would have been a step too far.

As it is a poorly octopus (sick squid, see what I did there?) is sure to represent value for the quality of football on offer.

The fact is we were given a democratic choice, and as such we should prevail with what the majority voted for.

£6 for an adult is still bang on the average admission price for the UCL.

The easy solution to that is to buy a season ticket! ;)

You'll save time and money, and won't need to worry about carrying cash around. Apart from for the burger bar, raffle, club shop and Dale's Bar of course!

Don'y forget the 6 pack cards also great value and saves having cash at the turnstile.

Don't forget we have to hand £1 over to the HMRC in respect of VAT. I wonder how many of our fellow Premier Division clubs have to do likewise?
