Looks like we won't get a trip to Guernsey in the FA Cup.
"FOOTBALL
Guernsey FC could be forced to pull out of the FA Cup over restrictions imposed on them by the Football Association.
The FA says the club, one of a few from outside the English mainland to enter, must play any replays in England, even if they should be the home side.
The club would also have to pay the travel expenses of visiting sides.
Those expenses, which come after the club has shared any gate receipts, mean Guernsey FC is considering whether they can afford to take part in the event."

I noticed that they're appealing for sponsorship. Considering the crowds they get I expect they'll find a way to take part.
On a similar note, the FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round draw was made on July 6th last year, so in just over 2 weeks we might know our opponents for our first FA Cup game.

I am going on memory now, but I believe that Vase, Youth Cup and FA Cup draws will be released on July 5th this year.

When they were accepted into the league this season they had to agree to the condition that they would have to pay the flight costs for visiting players/officials up to a maximum of 30 people. In addition for midweek visits from other clubs they would have to occur an overnight stay up to a maximum 30 people.

Excellent, can't wait, should get a good crowd for it as well. Shame we'll probably be drawn against a UCL team in the EP round though
Oh and with us being one of the most notable teams to enter in this stage, I wonder whether there'll be any chance of ESPN showing us, as they showed games from every round last year.

It'll cost them.

I think that was just a gimmick for the FA's 150th year. IIRC wasn't it just Wembley FC, who were filled with loads of celebrity ex-players?

According to the BT Sport website (who've bundled ESPN with their new football service) -
"FA Cup with Budweiser on ESPN - 25 exclusively live matches all the way through the competition, including the FA Cup final."

They showed 24 last season, so I'd guess they'd just add another one from the Fifth or Sixth Round to make 25.

The draw is quite regionalised, but the boundaries seem to be wider than the classic league boundaries - for example two seasons ago Huntingdon travelled to Long Eaton and Bugbrooke hosted Anstey Nomads in the Extra Preliminary Round - with the winners playing each other. They usually draw the first three rounds at the same time - so you end up with some quite lengthy "either-or" ties for the first qualifying round.
