Have appealed against their relegation from the UCL Premier last season. Not sure yet on what grounds. Any ideas?

The UCL have already rejected their initial appeal, so it looks like they're taking it to the next level.

Poses the question who they feel should have been relegated instead of them?

Interesting tweet from Yaxley's Chairman.
@jefflenton1: @PTMarkPlummer @UCLFanZone good luck Blackos, hope it goes your way, a lot will depend on Godmanchetser's appeal so dont hold your breath

Makes you wonder which grounds in the UCL Premier they believe aren't up to scratch. To be honest I didn't think Yaxley was any better than the average Div One ground besides the new clubhouse. I think S&L Corby's is bad too.

Long Buckby maybe? I've been told that their ground isn't that good. If they do win their appeal then hopefully the UCL will just keep them in without demoting another side and it can be an even-numbered league.

I always thought it odd that Blackstones were relegated. The Prem is one club short and Blackstones were only one point off survival but miles ahead of Irchester. Also the FA told the UCL when they reprieved the UCL and Sussex Co League that they should have 22 teams by 2014/15.

The only FA document I've seen dealing with the number of clubs in step 5 leagues said 20 to 22 teams.
