The travelling Wilburys that are K*ttering Town FC, 4 homes in 2 years  had a very healthy 749 in attendance last night for 1st fixture in the newest nest. However may I be so bold as to make the following points, We took 350 + to Colney on Sat then backed it up with 500 + for a hastily arranged replay last night. For the nest hoppers first competitive game last Sat (similar journey distance to us) the crowd was 191 :?: so presume it`s safe to assume the travelling army was 100 strong at max.
Would it then be fair to assume that a large % of the assembled hoards last night were either, die hard fans who just happened to have been on holiday for 2 years, returning anti IL protesters, or dare I suggest it, one hit wonders who popped over the A14 to take a look and may never be seen again
The k*ttering comedy fringe festival that is Ploopynet is worth a look this morning
Crowd turn up team didn`t, bad team selection, in need of a midfield General and best of all "need a striker with pace power and a bit of skill" is that an anagram for reality check
Taxi for Newman

Did that really need a new thread? There is conversation about it in last night's thread, Jake signs for k*ttering thread.
Will there also be a new thread started on mark cooper at Swindon?

It's why we had the desperate measures thread running, to keep all the ploppy chat in one place but people didn't like that - can't win really.
I don't really care what they do now, but I think it's quite funny to chat about how rubbish they are, especially after the big build up
If I don't like something I don't read it - they are worth writing about at the moment though - comedy gold !!

Come on, lapping up yet another failure by our ploppy chums is fun, I think they'll sort things out soon so we have to make hay while the sun shines eh? It's a reality check for "some" of them over there - no names and all that ;)

I would think most who attended were going merely because it was their first game at their new ground, will be interesting to see what their attendance is during their next "home" game.

I have enjoyed the saga of their suffering over the past couple of seasons and believe it would have been better for them if the club had folded like ours. They could have saved themselves a lot of angst and division amongst themselves. The setting up of a rival club.(K*ttering FC) was not a good move, although I am sure well intentioned.
Having said that I am full of admiration for the way they have fought to get their club back on track and Rikki Jeune has been instrumental in that. Like us they appealed for volunteers and they have responded.
I do think they are still spending too much on players and I am not sure whether all their debt problems "have gone away".
As I club I wish them well.... as rivals I hope they lose every game!!
