Team selection will be interesting. I expect all the eleven who have started the past three games to be rested.
Possible team
Quincy
Rashid Koriya
Gillingwater
Parky ?
AN OTHER
McBride
Dent
Wiz
Gearing?
Allen
Ben Morgan
It looks like some of the under 21's will be needed. Is Louis Smith still with us?
Normally I would expect some of the under 18's but they have an important match the night before.

It's worth looking at this to see the squad profiles - http://www.afcdiamonds.com/first-team-s ... t-profiles - or consult the U21 stats to see who has been playing for them - http://www.afcdiamonds.com/201314-afc-rd-u21-stats

Thanks for that Formic. Some unfamiliar names there.
I think it is important to take this match and next weeks v Welly seriously as it enables the under 21's to get some senior experience and first team players not getting much first X1 minutes to get some time on the pitch! The further we can progress in these cups the more chances it gives them.

That's true - one of the aims of having the U21 team was to help bridge the gap to the first team, and these games will given an ever better chance for those guys to blend with those first teamers who haven't had as much match action in the past few weeks.sussexdiamond wrote:Thanks for that Formic. I suppose it is a good way for the U21s/Reserves to get games and I'd definitely want us to win had the UCL published a set of round dates in advance (which I don't think they've done). I'm happy for us to be in this competition until it starts messing with league games, like it did last season (i.e. league games being moved from Saturdays to make way for the KOC).

You can now see the full draw through to the final, but without dates - http://full-time.thefa.com/league/comp/ ... 44192.html - but you can see last season's dates for a little guidance - http://full-time.thefa.com/ProcessPubli ... If we do get through there is a chance we'd play at Chenecks in the next round, and they weren't planning to start on their floodlights until after the cricket season, so I guess that would definitely be a Saturday game.

Wisbech and S&L must be happy with that draw, guanteeing a home draw each round

We should certainly halve the usual entrance price for this game, even then with the Vase game one side and the FA Cup game the other, we'll struggle to get 250 for this one I reckon.
