According to a couple of posts on Twitter, the UCL have agreed to allow clubs to move KO times to 2pm during the winter months if all parties agree beforehand.

Thoughts?

I think this is the norm, once the clocks change for winter, it then applies to clubs that don't have floodlights, or for teams in cup competitions that need to be decided on the day by extra time etc.
