I thought Terry could be a contender as well. Although there were a few stray passes in the first half, he ran that midfield at times.

J-Lo - he won everything in the air and his hold up play was good. Unfortunately, O'Connor wasn't able to capitalise on J-Lo's aerial superiority. Two goals as well - the first an absolute cracker.

Tomlin for me, just. J-Lo would be next, but to be honest I'm not sure anyone deserved less than 10 out of 10 today!

Well I think no motm announcement was due to there being no match sponsor but I agree it should go to the team!

Great that it was awarded to the team, but if it had to go to one then it has to be Downer for that goal!

Slightly at a tangent but wasn't it good to see a decent ref for a change who let the football flow instead of blowing his whistle every time there was a tackle.
