It is with regret that I announce our Ladies team will not be finishing the rest of the season.

With the loss of 2 managers, a number of players leaving meant a difficult season and struggling for availability the team have decided to go there separate ways. This is very sad as the Diamonds community needed a ladies squad.

Hopefully, this doesn't mean there will be no more ladies at all!! Maybe need to restart next season with fresh thinking and recruitment of new players and manager.

Good luck with reforming next season. It's our (Burton Park Wanderers Ladies) first and hopefully last season at this level, we've been pleasantly surprised at the level of football in Div 1. We have enjoyed our couple of games against you regardless of the score lines. Good luck on reforming next season, if we can help in anyway just let us know, we maybe able to send a few players your way for next season or arrange a friendly.

You have had a cracking season - very much like us Diamonds Ladies in our 1st season in Division 2. Continue playing like that and I am sure you will go far!!
