It seems like Yaxley might be the main contender from the Fens next season, having now signed Nick Davey, the PNS striker as well as Dan Cotton from Spalding. They seem to be getting players snapped up early too.

Two questions to be asked of other UCL clubs as they make moves this summer.

1) Are they rival contenders?

2) Will they apply for promotion?

Agree that Yaxley looking like 1), we shall see how their sentiments progress regarding 2).

I meant to ask this question a few weeks back. With the D&D ground graded for step 4, is that purely for the AFC R&D application for promotion or does it also cover Wellingborough Town, or do they have to apply as a separate interested party. And is there a specific 'that's ours and that's yours' ownership of structures and facilities ?

They would have to apply themselves.

All facilities can be used by both clubs, anything that we have bought can be moved when we have our own ground
