Money can buy you many things but not bottle. If they continue to spend as they have done the second half of this season they'll walk the league with 100+ points next season.

I went to Chesham V St Albans today in the Southern League Premier play-off final. It finished 3-1 to St Albans and was thoroughly deserved. Non-League goalmachine John Frendo scored twice for St Albans. There were 3,000 there and the gates were shut on police advice shortly before kick-off! Brilliant atmosphere created by the travelling fans who sang for about 3 solid hours.

Fair play to them for making the playoff final after that horrendous start, a very respectable turnaround even if they did have money, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't smile when I saw Slough had got it back from 2-0 down. Still have hopes we'll be playing them again soon, perhaps in the SL Premier a few years down the line, we'll have to see.

Capped a good weekend off the K*ttering result and what happened between half nine and 1/4 to ten last night in the Prem.
One question on the Ploppies crowd, when ground inspections are done is a crown capacity advised. Many who were there last Tue were complaining and yesterday had almost an extra 1000, is LP fit or more importantly safe to hold 2300 +, other than the obvious answer, they are K*ttering Town and they do what they want.
Agree though they will walk that league next year, and possibly complete the season without the need for a national whip round.

Weekend was 50/50 in Footy terms Kettrin bottling it was the highlight but the Wobblers escaping relegation was the down side.

Ketrrin should be in a position to dominate the League next season however they may be struck by the Playoff curse  just like Wobblers this season and struggle following playoff failure.

I do like play offs but as only two teams apply from UCL to be promoted...not much point in having play offs in UCL.

That would have been fun though, Spending run away with the league but then have to play us in a one off game for promotion  think Fat Pat`s head may have exploded during that one, would have even allowed them home advantage just for the day out.
