Incidentally the connection at Nuneaton Town appears to be Lee Thorn, the recently appointed Chairman at Nuneaton, who many will remember as Ladak's side kick when the pair persuaded the Ploppies fanbase to play at Nene Park at the infamous Wicksteed Park meeting. Thorn also was unsuccessful in his bid to take them over before Richie Jeune assumed control.

Certain people hang around non-league football like a bad smell, they suck the life out if clubs then move on for their own gain !! I'm just glad we're free of people like that !!

What was Cousins description of Helen Thompson? Like a stick of rock, cut her in half and you'll see Rushden & Diamonds running right through her. The same Helen Thompson who authorised the "skipping" of all the R&D memorabilia from Nene Park.

Possibly a misunderstanding or a couple of typing errors, rock may be spelt incorrectly, and I`m not sure I want to see or imagine R&D going through her, other than that, yes the very same HT.
