Just been reading Poppy Forum. How sad to see the Ploppies losing again!. The fans are revolting..sack the managers is the latest cry. They are even thinking Alfie may leave if he is not selected. Plenty of abuse for Liburd.
Good to see Hendon win 4.1 makes our performance there look even better.

I did see a tweet, favourited by Moreman, where Alfie appeared to be getting somewhat frustrated.

Takes some doing for supporters to call for the manager(s) to go when their club is clear at the top of the league.
With their long-established 'massive club' mentality it'll be a very tough job for any manager to make a genuine success of things there, given their current predicament ground-sharing with a Step 6 side.
Still, wish them all the best in their bid to become the 3rd team from Northamptonshire to achieve Football League status.

Hendon are away to Dorchester next round. All right, a pointless 'what if', but that would have been a nice trip and I like Dorchester's ground, its probably the sort of ground we'd be aiming to have I imagine.

They've just signed Lewis Wilson for the third time (or is it more), so Alfie will drop down the pecking order. That's a shame - I wonder what the chances are of bridges being mended - or will he be another to join Cogenhoe?
