We might see a couple of Diamonds landmarks at this game - Brad Harris' 200th and Tom Lorraine possibly getting his 50th goal - to equal Alfie Taylor's total.

Brad is now in the top 10 if the appearances of the old club are merged - not too far behind Andy Peaks' 205.

Anthony Malbon, who scored a hat-trick against us in the previous meeting, has been ruled out for the rest of the season though injury.

Tomorrows fixtures that concern us:

Shaw Lane v Spalding.......what effect will the manager leaving have on Spalding?
Witton v Lincoln
Carlton v Leek
Chasetown v Newcastle

It is now becoming 6 horse race as Basford and Sheffield are falling away.

Witton and Shaw Lane looking good for the top two and all the other contenders are away from home tomorrow, so certain to be some points dropped.

Think we may have been 'had' re: Malbon.

Thankfully he didn't give us the runaround for the entire match this time - another great away win for the lads, clean sheet to boot. Sounds like Finners was superb while nice to see some significant milestones achieved - Brad's 200th game and Tom's 50th club goal.

Kidsgrove really did tear us apart a few weeks ago so fantastic mental strength from the lads to go up there and dig out all 3 points.

Unfortunately I wasn't there but sounded like another classic away performance

A Massive Congratulations to Tom Lorraine & Bad Harris. two players who always give 100% for the club and never moan on social media when they are on the bench. People will compare Tom's 50 to Alfie's 50 even though they are different types of striker and yes Alfie did it in less games but most of Toms have been in a higher level and he actually scored more UCL prem goals than Alfie.

Roll on Tuesday night!!

What a great performance that was this afternoon! Brad should definitely be proud of his 200 appearances in an AFCRD shirt and Tom's half century are a credit to his hard work determination. Both of them are a massive asset to our club and I hope they stay around for a good while yet!!

Well if their physio performed a miracle on Malbon what on earth did Kelly do to Bully?

She deserves "Man " of the match award.

Terrific performance today. Soaked up pressure in the first half and rode our luck, but I said at h/t Kidsgrove would not be able to maintain that level of energy and so it proved. As the second half wore on Diamonds grew in confidence and the substitutions were a sign that we knew we could go on and win. Bold move by management to attack them in the last 20 mins.

Once again the often maligned Kyle McNulty had an outstanding game.
