As referenced in the preview, Sam Brown is now on 212 club appearances - one behind Brad's 213, so he might draw level on Saturday.

Nice drop that. I'll be substituting the lager top for one of those.

Well the Beaconsfield hoodoo struck again. We seem to stop playing against them for some strange reason, apart from around 30 minutes when we looked easily capable of beating them. Did Sam get an injury? After he went off the team got a bad case of nerves and made very basic mistakes. Oh well onward and upwards

We will need to improve massively for next week's FA Cup game. Too many basic errors - looked shaky I thought at times - they seemed to over-run our midfield at times. Hoban was really good in the first half but didn't seem to get near the ball after the break. Some bizarre refereeing - what was the stoppage near the end for?
Hayden Road looking really good though and feels like home.
