Looking to bounce back v Arlesey on Saturday. Nothing less than 3 points before a big game at Dunstable on Wednesday.
Hopefully all will be fit and maybe a chance for Sam and Callum to get some minutes as subs. Or in Sams case 90 mins if Punter not fit.
I would expect to see us revert to 442 with Tom or Chris Dillon alongside Nabil.

Don't forget to try the Limited Edition "Blues" Burger at Tomorrow's Game - unless you prefer pies of course.

Obviously a frustrating afternoon but i didn't think the overall performance was that bad. We rely to much on shariff for goals and are in desperate need for a strike partner for him Lorraine and Dillon are both no where near good enough. Fairlamb man of the match today for me and nice to have a solid keeper now as well. Not to sure what to make of the attendance either.

Attendance was VERY disappointing but given everyone went Tuesday, I wouldn't get too concerned yet.
It has become very clear that when Shariff has his eye in we can score 5+, but on the days when he is not so free flowing we struggle massively to score goals. It is not sustainable to pin our hopes on one player and need to bring in someone who can support the attack.
I would have taken 4 points from today and Tuesday so an opportunity is there to get a result on Tuesday.

Massively dissapointing I thought. How we didn't put the ball in the net today I don't know.
Different game if nabs puts the penalty away, but even so, we had a hatful of chances.
Their keeper was half decent tbf, but we've got to be burying teams like that.
All seemed a bit flat I thought. Started really bright, but then dropped off. Then dominated second half and couldn't score. A bit like Tuesday night really, but against a much poorer opposition.
Does anyone else get massively frustrated with claudio? Great feet, but wastes so much time between getting the ball and doing anything with it. Seems to need players to come in close before he can do anything, by then the opportunity has gone.

DAAAAAARRRGH
DAAAAAARRRGH
FAAAAAARRRGH
The effort was there but the finishing was shocking. So many poor quality attempts at crossing and shooting. I'm beginning to think we have too many lefties in the team. Boy did we miss Gyasi today.
Did I say
DAAAAAaaaaaarrrghhhh ?

If you are intending to go to Dunstable then note the match is on Wednesday.

FA Cup hangover, pure and simple !! Draw a line under it and move on - any other day we would have buried them!
Got that out the way, now lets perform how we know we can at Dunstable !
