We should have Gurkha Streetfood in attendance on Saturday.
This was their menu at a previous match. Don’t forget to ask for the hot sauce if you like a bit of heat.

Let's hope the food situation is sorted, as there was a lot of whining from the away support when Biggleswade last hosted the Diamonds and there was no hot food on offer there - https://afcdiamondsforum.uk/viewtopic.php?t=8482 .

Think also a lot of people would just like a tea or coffee, especially now colder days and nights are drawing in. Not sure whether the gurkha street food will give this option as it's not on that menu, but in sure they'd also make a few Bob by adding the option

The street food van focuses on their hot food when at Hayden Road, so don't offer drinks currently.TheIncognitoKid wrote: ↑Wed Oct 20, 2021 5:15 pm Think also a lot of people would just like a tea or coffee, especially now colder days and nights are drawing in. If you just want drinks then Dale's bar is available as always for any non alcoholic drinks both hot - tea, coffee, soup,Bovril, and cold cans/water. Plus other snacks - crisps, cake/biscuits, flapjacks, chocolate etc..
The food van supplies a bag to make carrying the food easier if needed along with cutlery etc and chilli sauce.
If you want alcoholic drinks then visit the main bar.

Just a thought, didn't Biggles score seven against Barwell a couple of games ago.

Although at the very least it's an offering of something to eat for some not everybody i can't wait for the kitchen to re open just to have a simple burger and chips without the use of cutlery. And I'm pretty certain that they will take cash payment as does dales bar and the main bar.

It gets worse than that as after the 7-0 win v Barwell they followed it with a 7-1 win v Stratford, though the 4 games prior to that they lost the lot and have been beaten by Rushall and Needham Market since so make of that what ever you can other than they are a tad inconsistent. The good news is they loose 1-0 a lot so just score and it's a done deal.sussexdiamond wrote: ↑Thu Oct 21, 2021 8:03 am Just a thought, didn't Biggles score seven against Barwell a couple of games ago.

Dale's Bar does coffee tea soup Bovril and cans of soft drink. All the profit also goes to the club. Give it a go if you haven't been in
