Our division next season

I believe Leiston and Needham have requested to be moved to Isthmian league next season. With our division already one short that could cause problems for the FA leagues structure committee. Quite possible no one will join from from National North.

The current unofficial (but usually very good) projections has the following:

Chasetown (Promoted)
Ware (Promoted)
Bedford (Promoted)
Mickleover Sports (Sideways move from NPL)
Stafford Rangers (Sideways move from NPL)

Both Chasetown and Ware are in play-off finals so neither are confirmed promotions yet.

We could also end up with AFC Telford coming down from Conference North, and Brightlingsea Regent being transferred from the Isthmian Prem.

If Leiston and Needham succeed in switching I doubt Brightlingsea would join us.

Will certainly be interesting to play some new teams since we haven’t had any promotions or relegations due to covid.

Well it wont be Ware as they lost 4-2 against North Leigh today also we will again be playing Coalville Town

Looks like Bedford, North Leigh, Ilkeston will be possibly joined by Basford & Mickleover making sideways moves. If Leiston & Needham get moved to Isthmian Prem I would think Bishop Stortford & Cheshunt may move over

Quite glad they have gone up. Horrible place and I don’t see then surviving as a club. Made me laugh when I saw their tweet about being a little club making it to the National league. Pay the money they are and it’s more a failure if they didn’t.
