Feedback on the Podcasts always welcome by the way. Anybody you'd like to see us get on for an interview? What do you want to see less of / more of?

Quality listen. Burge very positive & upbeat despite losing Dolman/Collard. Level of professionalism he is bringing in sounds way above how we have operated in the past & that can only be a massive plus.Personally feel much more relaxed having heard it.
The future is bright.... like a 💎

I've not listened to the podcast yet, but totally agree regarding the level of professionalism. It's not a criticism of Peaksy and his team, but Burgess' experience of playing/coaching/scouting at EPL and EFL clubs has clearly given him a far more professional approach. With our playing budget being lower than many clubs at our level we need a USP to help us attract players, and this could be what gives us that edge.
