As mentioned previously, this year we don't have too much general work at the ground (we'd passed ground grading late 2021 after an autumn inspection), and we try to do any repairs and upkeep as needed rather than leave to the end of the season.

Post Season works includes some additional painting (green inner fence) - which is mostly complete. Though we will replace a few boards that have delaminated most (these were originally non marine ply - so we had to paint, and seal/varnish to extend their life - all new boards are marine ply, so use a better glue for external use - though still doing same treatments).

Then things like jet-washing, signage cleaning/repairs, and other minor paint repairs (changing rooms, dugouts), yellow lines etc, as well as general weeding and strimming around the ground too.


Hospitality Areas - jet-washed and repainted (Anti Slip decking paint).

PDB Jet-washed and cleaned up - just about removed most of the Yellow Flare damage from the last match.
