Very good article. Burge seems very determined to move the Club in a more professional direction, head of recruitment, head of performance, etc and makes it clear that his philosophy is about performance being key factor in his team selections ( maybe why some players have moved on??🤔) Also interesting to read that he makes comments about agents being in players ears rather than players themselves focusing on the bigger picture . I feel confident in Burge, and that , although he wants Us to be much more professional in our approach (on & off field hopefully 🤞), he will look to continue our philosophy of having players here that want to play & progress , not just turn up for a wage!

Yes and hopefully start using the u 21s and 23's.. Otherwise we are just continuing to waste time and money on players who had no chance of being selected under the previous management.
