We go in as underdogs, but we can play to win just as anyone else !!
This has been the best season in quite a few years and its great to be a Diamonds fan right now. IMO we have the team that can take us all the way, they all have the talent to do it and i cant wait for the day to come. Hope we can all make it on the day and boost those crowds. :)

Its going to be tough, but on our day, we can beat any team in this league, and we should fear no-one. The play-offs are a lottery, and although some people are worried about playing Luton, i personally think we have as good a chance as any. I think JE is being very clever, tkaing a little bit of pressure of the lads by calling us underdogs, and maybe trying to convince some other teams that we might be a bit weaker! If they think that they are fools. I'm sure the boys will do us proud, and who knows, a trip to Wembley would be nice!

Saying that we are underdogs does take some of the pressure off the players. However, we are a smaller club compared to York, Oxford and Luton which makes our performances this season even more impressive. The other three teams will feel a lot of pressure from their fans especially Luton and Oxford who are desperate to return to the football league.

Totally right - the pressure of expectation now totally lifts off our lads and shifts to those 3 teams, especially Oxford and Luton. On paper all 3 of those sides should beat us, they're bigger clubs, with bigger support and a long history.............which counts for bugger all basically :D

We're 4th on merit tonight, but looking at the games we have left, and those of York, I'd probably guess we'll finish 5th !! I'll bloody well take that, just to be in the mix-up is a thrill !!

I feel so very proud of what has been accomplished this season !! I feel proud of myself too for standing by the club during some pretty dark days recently, it makes it seem all the better knowing I could have buggered off and drifted back now things are looking up, but I didn't, I stayed and endured..........so hats off to all the fans who, like me, have stood by the club these past few years.

I'll be at Mansfield for the 1000th game and I hope and pray that match 1005 on the 16th May sees us pick up some silverware :D

Pleased to hear that Justin is keeping his and the players feet on the ground, could work in our favour if the other teams write us off from the start. We've held our own against the other top teams in this division, so we should fear nobody going into the playoffs but we'll just see what happens. Whatever happens this season has been superb so far and the players and management deserve all the acclaim they get, but I won't deny I would love a return to the Football League more than anything else in the world!
