Also thanks to MarkP the groundsman for many extra jobs around the ground this week to cover.

A really entertaining game with both sides playing it at a really fast pace.I think the lads accounted for themselves really well and matched Peterborough for fitness and skill and were unlucky not to score.Although we were without Luke and Michael in defence I think the boys did really well and should be pleased with their performance,s.

I was just about to say, Luke and Micheal won't be playing in an under 23 game, then I realised it was a 1st team friendly.
Gutted as I came on here yesterday and read the topic title v Peterborough United U23 and assumed it was our U23's as they are mentioned in the topic below.
The topic title tags '
Won' '
Lost' '
Drawn' are a bit pointless as most people know if we won or lost before they open the topic and if they don't know the result and read that we lost - they may decide not to bother to open it.
The tags could be used to highlight what the topic is about, i/e '
1st Team' '
U23' '
Women' '
Event' '
Board Meeting' which would give them more exposure and help keep visitors who may not use TwitterX more abreast with club related matters.
