I hope not, I don't know how managers can respect referees, when certain refs give decisions against their team, which are blatently incorrect decisons.

Managers should be able to critize referees performances, within reason.

I also think that referees assesors reports should be available if requested.. so that managers have an idea of what the said referee is like.... I have no idea if managers do have access to referees reports or not though??
