Jake kerins has also now kept the club. Joined Chris nunn at Histon. You can't really blame him. I'd expect a couple more to go soon also!

To be honest I'm not overly bothered that he has followed Chris. After a promising pre season he has largely flattered to deceive since and to be brutally honest a little lazy at getting back into position. It's inevitable that we will probably lose a couple more to Histon but let's be honest very few players have been pulling up any trees here. What it will do as well is hopefully open up some more funds to whoever comes in to bring their own players.

Right now it seems very doom and gloom and that's to be expected but we have to stick at it and things can come right again. We have to remember this is a fans ran club and we are stronger together. Let's get behind the boys tomorrow and support as best we can.

Jake lives in Histon, so it was the definition of a no-brainer.

Don’t forget the rules around 7 day approaches - another club can only approach one of our players at a time and can only make an approach once every 28 days. Histon have used that now so can’t approach anyone else for 28 days (from whenever the approach for Kerrins was made).
