Re: Bedford Town Ground?

A couple of points that haven't been considered yet.

1) oliverrush, you keep saying we don't have money to spend on improving Hayden Road (or any other ground we might go to), but this is simply not true. The club has a healthy bank balance, which I won't post on here, but is available for all ...

Re: Bedford Town Ground?

Oliverrush how do you know how much it will cost to bring up to standard? How do you know for a fact that it isn't already up to standard or very close to being so?

Re: Bedford Town Ground?

I can't see Hayden Road happening for a number of reason, some stated already. You need to add in the parking issues, the bar ownership. The ground isn't owned by the football club so you potentially have the same problem as the D&D.

Plus the dressing rooms are one of the three worst in the UCL ...

Re: Bedford Town Ground?

i personaly think a best option would be to take a step backwards(contraversial i know),,,my reasoning is___as proven by a high attendace---is to try and share with rushden and higham,,,,if we shoehorn our way in then we can be part of whatever scheme the council have when they move the football ...
