Re: Pitch invasion?
But i thought your point was there is no point in a pitch invasion because we can still do better....
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Yeah that is a fair point, although i think there is a massive difference between promotion either way, or just having the chance to make it or not. I just think it would be a little premature.BartonRaz wrote:But i thought your point was there is no point in a pitch invasion because we can still do better....

Fair enough i must have been thinking of another game, i was only young back then ;)Red Dragon wrote:Pretty sure you weren't there then!Rdfc91 wrote:Pretty sure i did'nt get banned at the Hartlepool game.
We were specifically told we were NOT to invade the pitch, on the PRQ, in the papers beforehand, and in the programme.
There was a pitch invasion, of one person (Fennell!) and he was nicked as soon as he jumped off the barrier. I know, because I was standing behind him at the time, and I know the copper who nicked him (now retired), who told me that he warned him three times that if he jumped off the barrier he would be arrested... and he jumped into (I believe) a three year ban.
So, if you were there, unless your name is Paul Fennell, you didn't go on the pitch: and if you ARE Paul Fennell, may I take this opportunity of saying that you were a bloody idiot for going on the pitch that day, and any ban was richly deserved!

Re: Pitch invasion?
How about we try and do the conga around pitch in the stands, can we make it long enough to lap ourselves!!! (perhaps not a great idea to do it at the luton game though)
