No idea, but Justin clearly doesn't fancy him, especially today when he changed the entire frontline.

Looks like we are staring down the barrel of getting banned from taking players on loan from another club then ;)

I think it is a case of rotation and freshening things up. Might have felt he needs a bit more time chucking in him (Ebbsfleet?). Was still surprised not to see him on the bench mind.

Seems to me, he was only brought in if Louis could'nt play against Crawley and others were struggling!

If the choice is have Smith play or have Thomas play then I am all for the former getting games as we know he has quality that needs to be nurtured, that said a young striker out of form doesn't find the best nurturing at a playoff chasing side. Also Smith is our player, and will (as things stand for now anyway) be next season. Thomas should only play if he is better.

All the above said I have been distinctely underwhelmed by Akurang of late. J-Lo is frustrating but at least he has it occasionally, Akurang seems to be all puff and no action. You really have to question how bad Thomas must be not to even make the bench when Akurang gets to start!

The only other thought i have is that Thomas is not impressing in training? I would assume hes worth a try at some point, maybe JE though Big Cliff was worth one final try

Just on a seperate note, why does Justin say he thinks that was the reason for the decision? He made it surely ;)
